Termite Mound

A termite mound: a Cretaceous termite nest (termites are Early Cretaceous; a squat lobed clay nest, not a savanna cathedral) 2.0 m tall, three to five fused ochre-and-umber clay turrets with ridged lumpy faceted surfaces and a few vent holes near their tops.
