A 4 m wide by 8 m long grooved concrete slipway falling from a dead-flat head at exactly 1.2 m, which meets the sea wall crown and the boat shed's door threshold, to y=0 at the toe, with transverse grip grooves every 0.25 m, low side kerbs.
