Ground Disc Signal

Low ground shunting signal for beside points: a white disc with a red bar on a cast pedestal about 0.8 m tall, a disc knob turning it from danger (bar horizontal) to clear (bar at 45 degrees).

风格：low-poly, flat-shaded vertex colors, no textures, single shared material, so any set of these merges to one draw call; shares palette and scale with its kit
