New York City Kit

this kit is finished, and free: every part in it is free with no account, and a free account downloads the whole kit as one zip. 26 more parts are on the way (in review) and join it as they pass; what is published is complete as a kit now. 12 of its published parts are being rebuilt as new versions: each replaces its part when it passes review, and the current one stays served under its own id meanwhile.
